External Audit Bid
Seed Microfinance Institution S.C is a new entered to the microfinance sector and established in accordance with Proclamation No. 626/2009 and amended proclamation1164/2019 . Therefore, It invites interested external audit firms to audit the accounts of company for 3 (three) consecutive fiscal years starting from June 30,2025. So, audit firms participating in the Bid are expected to meet the following requirements.
1.Able to provide renewed business license; tax clearance, VAT registration and tax payer identification certificate;
2. Able to provide renewed License certificate of registration by the Ethiopian Accounting and Auditing Board;
3. Legally licensed to perform accounting audit work;
4. Has at least three years Audit experience in financial institutions
5. Can provide audited accounts and experience in international financial reporting system;
6. Can meet the requirements of the new National Bank of Ethiopia Directive / DIRECTIVE NO.MFI/37/2024
7. The bid price should be inclusive of all three years from (2025-2027) and each payment will be released after each audit report is reviewed and accepted by the employer.
8. Seed Microfinance institution S.C has the right to cancel the bid in whole or in part. Therefore, within 10 consecutive days from the date of publication of this notice in the newspaper, you can submit the detailed explanation and price (Technical and Financial Proposal) in a wax-sealed envelope at our head office on the 2nd floor of Degol Building, St.Urael church to Atlas, at working hours, and we inform you that you can collect TOR and tender document from our office on the mentioned dates and time.
